Product Lead (m/w/d)

Your mission
We’re seeking a Product Lead to execute the product strategy, drive the integration of novel AI biomarkers in routine clinical practice in the EU and the US, and own the full product stack - from internal infrastructure to external-facing clinical and pharmaceutical tools. You’ll work at the intersection of science, medicine, regulations, and technology: Managing our product portfolio and roadmap, ensuring product usability, maintaining regulatory compliance, and translating innovations into protectable intellectual property (IP). In your role, you will directly report to our CSO.

Job Key Responsibilities   
  • Execute the company-wide product strategy, encompassing AI biomarker integration and user-facing applications.
  • Drive the product development as the link between the business case and clinical utility
  • Ensure all product documentation is aligned with regulatory standards for in-vitro diagnostics, including risk management, and audit readiness.
  • Design a clinically intuitive user experience that translates complex biomarker data into actionable insights for oncologists and other stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with clinical and industry partners to shape product direction, ensure market fit, and gather real-world feedback.
  • Lead prioritization across multiple product features through structured roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Drive initiatives to expand our intellectual property portfolio together with our scientific and legal team.
Your profile
Requirements and Skills 
  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles within the oncology field.
  • Background in medical oncology, molecular biology, or related field, with a strong grasp of both clinical workflows and product development.
  • Familiarity with AI in oncology and diagnostics
  • Understanding of software infrastructures in hospitals and laboratories
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., CE-IVDR, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, science, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • Fluent in English. German is a plus; Excellent communication and leadership skills
Good to have 
  • Experience with software in the pharmaceutical R&D space.
