Technical Program Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission

Our startup is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of CE-IVDR and FDA-compliant software infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Tech Lead, this role is focused on execution, documentation coordination, and cross-functional sprint management to enable validated software releases under tight timelines.

Project Delivery

Lead agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Manage Jira/Confluence workflows for traceability and backlog tracking.
Own project plans, timelines, and delivery checklists for our software projects.

Team Coordination

Act as central delivery point between Tech, Science, QA and Product.
Identify surface blockers early; ensure clear alignment across disciplines.
Track and report on sprint progress, risks, and regulatory milestones.

Documentation Facilitation

Coordinate collection and versioning of delivery documents (e.g., specs, testing results).
Ensure all artifacts are logged in the QMS with support from QA.
Support internal audit prep by mapping engineering outputs to required deliverables.
Define and track important tech KPIs

Your profile

Requirements

5+ years project or delivery management in regulated software (diagnostics, medtech, digital health).
Experience delivering under ISO 13485, IEC 62304, CE-IVDR or 21 CFR Part 820.
Strong command of agile methods and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple projects under fast-paced, high-accountability conditions.
Solid understanding of technical systems and data pipelines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Fluency in English in reading, writing and speaking.
Experience in Start-ups

Nice to have

Experience in oncology, digital diagnostics, or bioinformatics.
Exposure to AI/ML or cloud-based healthcare systems.
Familiarity with QMS tools.
Technical degree or relevant certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
